Group-Glamping and Corporate Events
Our definition of a group is 10 adults or more, without children.
Caalm Camp offers the perfect location and environment for both group-glamping and corporate events. Due to our site being relatively bijou with only six yurts, we need to hire out all 6 yurts and allocate exclusive use for group-hires. Historically, we have found that it is far from practical, or fair on the other glampers in the 6th yurt if we do this. With this in mind, we must think or every group, large or small, to ensure that every single glamper has the best glamping experience they can possibly have, and paid for. Our moto is Caalm by name and calm by nature. As we are normally able to hire out all six yurts throughout the year, ie, during the Spring, Summer & Autumn seasons, groups wishing to reserve only 5 yurts will, unfortunately, also be charged for the 6th yurt, whether it ends up getting used or not.
Glamping in Dorset is a perfect getaway, and lies within easy reach of London, Birmingham and most areas of the South and middle of England. Whether you are looking for a mid-week or weekend break, Caalm Camp will endeavour to welcome you.
Celebration Glamping Weekends
If you are approaching a special birthday or a special anniversary and are looking for a family break, then Caalm Camp offers a wonderful venue. We offer exclusive use to our celebration family gatherings. Glamping in Dorset is a beautiful way to spend time with family and friends to truly celebrate a milestone date. Mark and Caryl will work with a group leader to book restaurants, arrange pizza evenings at Caalm Camp, or to simply arrange special touches.
Hen Weekend Glamping Ideas
For many, the days of clubbing and go karting are over. Today, many hen groups fancy a break with a twist. Something a little different. Well, glamping in Dorset most definitely offers a last night of freedom that will be remembered. Special memories are always created at Caalm Camp, and between barbecues, pizza evenings and drinks around the fire pit, you can be sure that your friends will have a wonderful time. There is lots to do around the local area and we will guide you to some of the fun activities in our area. Alternatively, we can always arrange for our therapists to come on site and give you all a day of pampering!
Corporate Glamping Events
A short stay in the country at Caalm Camp can be the perfect escape for team building. In the Haybarn we have a large internal room where you can offer presentations. However, if you simply want to offer a team bonding break then there is no better place than Caalm Camp to sit around a fire pit whilst barbecuing and having fun.
